Priced to be obvious if you’re the right buyer.

Three ways to work with us. Every tier delivers the same underlying pipeline, the same auditability, and the same five output classes. The difference is throughput, cadence, and how much of the work we do for you.

Bespoke Report
from £25,000
per engagement

A done-for-you analytical engagement. You supply the document and the analytical frame. We supply the whitepaper, the dataset, the visualisations, and the demographic brief pack.

Right for: think-tanks publishing a flagship piece, parties preparing a manifesto-grade response, sovereigns commissioning a one-off audit.

  • Full Master Whitepaper, typeset and ready for publication
  • Structured fiscal dataset, line-item-level
  • Plotly chart pack
  • Demographic brief pack (typically 20–50 segments)
  • Optional translation and proofreading
  • Full citation index back to the source document
  • Editorial QA by a DeepPolicy senior reviewer
Institutional
from £6,000
per month

For institutions running multiple analyses per quarter. Managed access to the DeepPolicy pipeline through our infrastructure — no API keys, no compute provisioning, no orchestration to manage.

Right for: established think-tanks, parliamentary research units, large GR practices.

  • Up to 6 full pipeline runs per month, included
  • All output formats (whitepaper, dataset, charts, briefs)
  • Full citation index on every output
  • Managed compute — no usage caps mid-run
  • Named DeepPolicy point of contact
  • Onboarding workshop for your research team
Team
from £1,500
per month

For small policy teams running occasional analyses. Same pipeline, same outputs, lower throughput.

Right for: emerging think-tanks, university policy labs, single-issue advocacy organisations.

  • Up to 1 full pipeline run per month, included
  • All output formats
  • Full citation index
  • Email support, 2 business-day response
What every tier includes

The same pipeline. The same standards.

  • Full multi-agent pipeline
All ten stages, every time. No stripped-down versions.
  • Per-line citation index
Every figure traces back to the source document line. The audit trail is part of the deliverable, not an upsell.
  • Deterministic numerics
Aggregate figures are computed in Python, not generated by an LLM. They reconcile to the source totals.
  • Choice of analytical frame
Austrian, Keynesian, ordoliberal, public-choice, post-Keynesian, or your own custom brief.
  • Optional translation
Outputs can be translated and proofread into your working language at no additional charge on Institutional and Bespoke tiers.
FAQ

Reasonable questions.

Why no self-serve sign-up?
Because every engagement to date has needed a 30-minute conversation to scope the document, the analytical frame, and the deliverable. We will offer self-serve when that conversation is no longer load-bearing — not before.
Why not a bring-your-own-API-key tier?
We considered it. We concluded that a tier where customers debug their own LLM bills, hit their own rate limits, and call us when something breaks does not produce a good product or a good support experience. We may revisit later.
How is a Bespoke Report priced?
Engagement-by-engagement, against the size of the source document, the complexity of the analytical frame, and the depth of the demographic brief pack. £25,000 is the entry point for a single-document engagement.
Who owns the output?
You do. DeepPolicy retains no rights to the analytical output of your documents. We may, with your written permission, anonymise methodology learnings — never your conclusions, your framing, or your data.
Is this confidential?
Yes. Source documents and outputs are processed under standard commercial confidentiality. For sensitive engagements, we run the pipeline on isolated infrastructure and sign a per-engagement NDA.
Can the pipeline run on documents other than budgets?
Yes. The pipeline has been used on national budgets to date; it is structurally suited to any large, structured legislative or regulatory document — draft bills, regulatory consultations, coalition agreements, sectoral white papers.

Not sure which tier fits?

Most institutions don’t know on the first call — that’s what the call is for. Bring the document and the question. We’ll tell you what shape of engagement makes sense.
